What is the Lake Ride Pros Insider Program?
Our Insider Program offers exclusive benefits, including discounted fares, reward points, and perks like priority booking and access to a members-only blog. Membership options include individual, family, summer-only, and business plans.
What are the Insider fare discounts?
Regular minimum fare: $15
Insider minimum fare: $13
When do the upgraded benefits start?
Our enhanced Insider Program and Rewards structure begin January 1, 2025.

A 20% gratuity is included for rides with 8+ passengers or larger vehicles.
Do you charge cleaning fees?
Yes, cleaning fees apply for issues beyond normal use, including motion sickness or spilled drinks. Glitter is prohibited and will incur a cleanup fee.
Vehicle Policies
Do you provide car seats?
No, customers must provide and install their own car seats. Should you plan on using a car seat, please discuss this with us at the time of booking, as some vehicles may not accommodate car seats.
Can I decorate the vehicle?
Decorations require prior approval. Glitter is not allowed.
